Crispy Salmon

2 tablespoonlemon juice
1 tablespoonWater
1 tablespoonGreek yogurt
1clove of garlic, minced
1 tablespoonolive oil
2salmon filets
1 headbibb lettuce
1english cucumber, thinly sliced
1avocado, sliced
Instructions
  • Mix together juice, water, Greek yogurt, garlic and salt & pepper. Set aside.
  • Heat oil in pan until hot. Season salmon with salt & pepper. Sear salmon, skin side down for about 6 minutes, flip over and heat until cooked through, about 4 more minutes.
  • Assemble lettuce, cucumber and avocado.
  • Drizzle with dressing.
